1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the w888 platform, including the website accessible at w888.vu, all associated mobile browser interfaces, and all products and services offered thereunder, including but not limited to live casino, live dealer, slots, and sportsbook ("the Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or accessing any game or feature on the w888 Platform, you ("the Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the w888 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) w888 account at any given time. If you have previously held a w888 account that was closed or suspended, you must contact w888 support before attempting to register a new account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and registered mobile number. w888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

w888 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following a change in your account details. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Malaysian IC, passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership where required. w888 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your w888 account at any time by contacting live support. w888 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and deduction of outstanding wagering requirements) will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w888 support immediately via live chat. w888 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during that investigation. w888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain credential security or has shared credentials with a third party.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your w888 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. w888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. w888 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements associated with the account have been fulfilled. w888 targets same-day processing for approved withdrawal requests, subject to operational and verification requirements.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the w888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). w888 does not apply currency conversion charges on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

5.4 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction on your account is incorrect, you must notify w888 support within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date. w888 will investigate and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. w888's transaction records shall be the primary reference for resolving any dispute, absent evidence of manifest error.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by w888 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your w888 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

w888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated betting software in connection with any bonus.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed and unused bonus funds will expire in accordance with the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. w888 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry for promotional offers with clearly stated expiry dates.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the w888 Platform operate under specific game rules published within each game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing wagers. w888 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All RNG-based games on the Platform — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — utilise independently certified random number generation. Live casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical randomising elements (cards, wheels, dice) in a real-time broadcast environment. w888 does not manipulate game outcomes and takes any allegation of manipulation seriously.

11. Limitation of Liability

w888's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit w888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

w888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w888 holds its international gaming authority licence.

Nothing in this clause prevents w888 from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
